Really nice apartment and convenient to all of Asheville. I was there for a business meeting so it was perfect. The common area roof is a nice add for good weather. I would come back

I was on a girls' trip for the weekend, and Mackenzie's place was perfect! It was immaculate, bright, and fully equipped. We loved the walkability and convenience to downtown, shopping, groceries, and the path. Another bonus was the safe, off-street parking. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend her rentals!

A wonderful visit to Asheville. The area is everything we expected. They have successfully bounced back from the hurricane. So many stories were told from the artists of their challenges. Mackenzie’s place was very welcoming. Well appointed, clean, creative and a perfect location. Would love to return.

Great communication from Mackenzie, excellent location, parking was easy, even more beautiful than the pics. The cleanest Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in. Bedding and pillows were a dream. It had everything we needed. I would love to do the entire trip again!

This was a great place to stay for a few days. The location was convenient, near enough to downtown but just outside so quiet. It was cold and a little snowy so we didn't get to walk the trail but wish we had! All in all, a great place and Mackenzie was a warm host.

Absolutely loved Mackenzie's Kingfisher apartment at The Perck! It was bright, well decorated and super clean. Comfy beds, sitting area and table. The kitchen was stocked with spices, cookware and enough glasses and mugs that we didn't need to wash them every night. Walkable to downtown with a few spots close by. We have stayed at AirBNBs in Asheville many times and this is definitely a new favorite!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this home. The house itself was beautiful, comfortable, and perfectly suited for our family. The location was ideal, just a short drive to everywhere we wanted to go. We were traveling with my mother, who has significant mobility challenges, and the elevator truly made this property stand out. It made the entire stay so much more convenient and stress-free for us. Although the home is located across from emergency services, we honestly never noticed any noise or disruption. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, everyone slept great each night. While we didn’t end up spending much time on the rooftop, we did take a look and it’s a fantastic feature that we’d definitely enjoy more on a future visit. Mackenzie was incredibly attentive and responsive. Anytime I reached out, she replied quickly and was always helpful. This has been our favorite rental so far, and we absolutely plan to book it again the next time we’re in the area.

Fantastic spot! Has its own parking, is right next to bike path, easily walkable to downtown. Apartment is new and so comfortable. Great light and windows. It has everything you need!

Had a great stay at The Perch. Location is excellent. Super close to downtown. Lots of shops and restaurants within a mile of the building. The space itself was beautiful with large windows throughout the unit. There is also a nice walking path located right behind the building.

We loved this place and highly recommend it. The apartment was super clean and very spacious for my family of 3. It’s close to downtown Asheville. Mackenzie, the host, was very responsive to questions I had and was proactive in communicating about the property. This is a great place.
