We loved our stay at The Perch! Everything was pristine, and Mackenzie was very communicative so we had no questions while we were there. My four year old is already begging to go back and stay there again!

This place is a great location and a very nice apartment. The walking path and closeness to downtown were great. The kitchen is very well stocked and beds are super comfortable! With our senior dog, we also really appreciated having an elevator. We’d definitely stay again!

Second time staying at the Finch and will return again. This condo is extremely safe, private, and well located. You’ll be near some fabulous restaurants and bars, and you will find the neighborhood to be walkable, clean, friendly and fun. There are many great places for coffee, lunch, dinner or cocktails all within a few minutes walk or a quick drive. The apartment itself is well appointed, clean, spacious and modern. It is quiet and sunlit, making for a relaxing stay. If you are looking for a great place, close to everything, this is your spot.

Great place to stay! Asheville is an artist city and The Perch is full of art - wonderful bird art. You feel at home; comfortable surroundings, bed, coffee in the kitchen and an easy to use TV. The cleanest Airbnb I have stayed!

This Asheville apartment exceeded our expectations in every way! The location was perfect—so close to downtown and easy to walk or drive to everything we wanted to see and do. The space was spotless, beautifully maintained, and clearly well cared for. It was also very well stocked with thoughtful touches that made our stay comfortable and easy. The apartment felt welcoming and relaxing, and it truly felt like a home away from home. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would absolutely book here again. Highly recommend!

Very nice place... super spacious and clean and modern. Walkable to restaurants and grocery stores. Easy to cook dinner. Easy ride to the Biltmire, Arts District and plenty of hiking places. Even has the Greenbelt behind it. Would love to come back in warmer weather to check out the deck.

Heron at the Perch was just lovely!!! Very clean and modern,well lit (lots of sunlight with the floor to ceiling window,very brightly colored and well thought out!loved the beds and showers!! We would definitely return if the opp arises!!! Thank you McKenzie!!! Lovely!!!

Stayed at the Kingfisher with my daughter, son in law & their 18 month old toddler. It was perfect! Lots of room for the toddler to safely toddle around - had an elevator for easily taking the stroller up and down. Walkable to downtown - loved it! Wonderful walking path out the back & then up into a beautiful neighborhood with gorgeous homes along Montford Avenue. We cooked almost all the meals in - including Thanksgiving! Loved loved loved having the big windows with all the light. Didn't bother us at all to have the fire department and police across the street - the occasional lights and sirens made it fun for the toddler! Must remark on seeing mama black bear and her 3 cubs - first from window of the unit - and then later from afar when we were on a walk. The locals told us they lived near by - seemed totally unfazed by humans (although we didn't try to get close) it was perfect holiday visit!

Great location—quiet yet very walkable to downtown. The unit was exactly as described. Well-appointed and had everything we needed. Easy parking. Madison was really responsive whenever I reached out with a question. Would definitely book again if in Asheville!
